1. Pricing
All prices on the Ensanchez.com website associated with the products are expressed in euros (euros) and include VAT. These prices do not include shipping and delivery costs.
Once the selection of products has been made, and before verifying the purchase, the customer can check the items chosen as well as the total purchase price and shipping costs before completing the order.
The price of the products may be changed by Ensanchez at any time, such changes will not affect in any way the orders already placed and confirmed.
2. Shipping costs
The cost of each shipment will be calculated in detail automatically on the purchase confirmation page and is subject to Customer approval before payment is completed. The approximate rates (VAT included) are

Prices do not include taxes and duties. Orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties. Taxes will be paid upon receipt of the package by the buyer, in accordance with applicable laws in the destination country.
3. Delivery times
Items purchased on the ensanchez.com website will be shipped in urgent quality through the Packlink shipping company.
The approximate delivery times are as follows
Spain : 1 - 2 working days ( except Ceuta and Melilla and the islands )
Europe: 3 -5 working days.
International: 7 - 9 working days.
ENSANCHEZ will proceed with the shipping procedures once you have confirmed the reception of the payment in your bank account. It is stressed that in all the cases mentioned above, orders will be sent from Monday to Friday, not counting holidays for compliance with delivery times. ENSANCHEZ will not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by logistical reasons of force majeure. The Customer will always be informed by e-mail of the order tracking number and the tracking code of the shipment. ENSANCHEZ will also not be responsible for the errors caused in the delivery when the information provided by the Customer (shipping address) is wrong or the necessary data for the delivery have been omitted. In the case that a return is made due to the impossibility of delivering the order based on the aforementioned errors, the Customer will be notified by e-mail and if no news is received from him within seven (7) working days from the date of notification, ENSANCHEZ reserves the right to cancel the shipment.
All the logistic costs of return caused by such errors, will be charged to the Customer. And in the case that later, and if the order has not been cancelled, the Customer requires the reshipment of the order, he will have to pay again the shipping costs of the order in order to proceed with these procedures.
4. Payment methods and security
All contractual data provided at the time of the order will be subject to subsequent confirmation by the Customer before the purchase is verified, at which time the purchase order is provided. ENSANCHEZ. reserves the right to cancel any order if there is a suspicion of fraudulent operation. At all times, the Customer is granted the right to know the Conditions of Sale here contained, therefore the realization of purchases implies the acceptance of these. The Customer will be able to make his payments with the greatest peace of mind and security in the following ways:
By credit/debit card through the Stripe payment gateway
PayPal
When using the credit/debit card or any other means of payment accepted by ENSANCHEZ, the Customer guarantees that he is fully authorized to make such a purchase. The website ensanchez.com at no time has access to the bank details of the Customer.
5. Changes and returns
You may exchange or return any product purchased online within 15 days from the date of delivery and provided that the requirements listed below are met.
The requirements for refunding any order are:. That your order has been damaged in the delivery transport... That your order does not correspond to the purchase made.. That your purchased item has a manufacturing defect.
To make a return, please contact us at the following email address: nuriasmediavilla@icloud.com , indicating your personal details, order number and disagreement with the order so that we can proceed to authorise the return. Once we receive this email, we will indicate the way to make the return. Without prior authorization from us, the product will not be accepted and consequently will be returned to its origin, with the client himself bearing the shipping costs.
Once we receive the goods, we will check that all the above mentioned requirements are fulfilled and in case of conformity, ENSANCHEZ, will proceed to the exchange of the article for another one or to the refund of the money, if the customer requests it.
We recommend checking the order at the time of delivery by the transport agency, and leaving a record on the delivery note and signing it.
If the return is the result of an error in preparation or because of products in poor condition, the return shipping costs will be paid by us. On the contrary, if the return is for any other cause, the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and must keep their original labels, their complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order.
6. Unavailability of items
All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by ENSANCHEZ. Once acceptance has been established, an email will be sent confirming the order and shipment or the refusal of the order if it is detected that any of the items ordered are not in stock.
In case of unavailability of the article once the order has been placed and before proceeding to the shipment, the customer will be informed of the inconveniences of his order. If the account has already been debited at the time of confirmation of the unavailability of the product, a refund procedure will be carried out, informing the customer as soon as possible. In this sense, ENSANCHEZ will refund the corresponding amounts within a maximum period of seven (7) working days after the payment.
